Salvation Army Bell/Kettle Ringing

The Salvation Army has given us the kettle in Times Square, the crossroads of the world, in the middle of December! Come out for holiday cheer as we wear Santa hats, ring bells and play Christmas music all day long. We need a LOT of volunteers for this all-day event, preferably two Kiwanians manning the kettle at all times (it goes faster, and is more fun this way). So if you are available at ANY time during the 10th , please contact Heather. Preferably 2 hour shifts but any time helping out, even for a half-hour or so, would be great!

Salvation Army Toy Drive

Come on a holiday shopping spree with Kiwanis! We’ll be buying loads of kids toys to donate to our friends at the Salvation Army – they told us that donations were below average this year so let’s help them out! Toy or cash donations are welcome. Drinks will be had afterward!
